How's about this? Design a CD cover for a fictitious band that has 10 tracks on it. You can use real or imaginary tracks but they must all be relevant to Aston in some way.
Designs should include front & back cover, and inner sleeve with appropriate information.

I dont think there is, but there are half life wallpapers. What you can do is find a theme you like, and set the wallpaper as a half life one that goes with it. This is about as good as you will get without accually having someone make a HL theme. Otherwise you could make one yourself

I submited my theme to aston a few days ago, how long does it take them normally to process it???

the astonshell theme submission is actually manually managed by the gladiators boys, so if they're busy (ie trying to get 1.9.2 out the door, or A2) then they will take a while to process : other than that , sometimes they knock themes back for lack of quality.

The Astonshell.com theme submission is well known for its... somewhat late responce. Submit it a couple of times, and if that fails, email them at support@astonshell.com.. which is also pretty slow normally...

Hey there, you sent me a note about some Aston-Shell community, but I don't know why.
I don't even use windows anymore, and the Astno-Shell people hate me. They were VERY mean to me and I never want to contribute to anything they are running and repeat that mistake ever again. If you want, I can make you guys graphics, but I won't be making the theme config files (cause I can't test them no more 
I now use Linux, and am thinking about making a new window manager for it, with an advanced GUI, as you can see in my Scraps folder.

I made a comment on your page because you have made an Astonshell theme before. I spent about an hour sending out comments to all people who have made themes on here.
Im not sure why the "Astonshell people" hate you. who do you mean? the forum-ers? the support people? or just some guy you met on the street that used Aston?
Its a shame that you had a bad experiance with Aston, most people say the community is good

I mean the russian guys who made it. I am not blaming the comunity for anything I was a part of that, and i have since then helped other people who use it find what they need, but i will not contribute to a project that is hostiles towards it's community.
check out my scraps folder to see what i am working on in terms of interface design ideas. I might make you some more themes if there is a demand for it, but until then I fell that is it useless, I am certainly not making them for the makers of the shell.
I also appreciate your willingness to reach out into the community like you did, and am glad that you are so enthusiastic about it, I hope that you don't have an experience like I did, and that your Aston days will be merry.

it came out that way because you sent it to the club as a png. Png's can not be DA avatars, so I changed it myself, but at a slightly low quality. However, I've updated it with the new version you sent me of the better .gif.
