If you have icon packager on your system all you do is change the "mode" that the program runs in from "local update" to "package builder" in the view menu. Once in package builder mode, click on the "icons and cursors" tab and simply drag and drop the icons you want to replace straight from explorer to the corresponding icon within the icon packager program. This is cool because you can collect icons from all over, or make your own, and package them for yourself and others to use in one easy switch, as apposed to changing each one individually. I hope I didn't make it too confusing, I kinda had to teach myself how to use it when I wanted to make my own. Let me know how it goes. Later.
