Double unexpected.
A - Because I wouldn't have expected anyone on DA here to wish me happy birthday.
B - Because I lied to DA about when my birthday is for multiple reasons (partly to help separate my DA identity from my real identity, partly because I avoid telling people my real birthday anyway, in case they try to buy me presents I don't want/need/appreciate. Though these days it's hard not to let slip facts that point to my identity anyway).

Yeah, I've never tried too hard to hide things like birthdays and the like. I'm of the mind if someone wants to track me down that bad, they'll figure it out anyway.

At the moment it probably wouldn't be too hard, but eventually I'd like to make it hard to do by technical means. Not because I have much to hide beyond this D.A. account, but more because I don't think it's right that people should be able to track what people do on the internet. It's fair enough if the police/secret service/etc have legit reasons to be tracking someone (i.e. they suspect someone to be a threat to the public) but I'm against companies being able to track people.
My real birthday was ages ago lol
(It wasn't that great though tbh, I try to prevent them being celebrated/noticed because they usually end up being worse than if I pretend it's a normal day)
