I'm a big fan of his Life of Seiek project.

Hyrotrioskjan and Malicious-Monkey have a bunch of really great stuff, very thought out. V4m2c4 , zypherax and Michael Beaudry (I can't hyperlink the name for some reason michaelbeaudry.deviantart.com/ ) have some interesting creatures as well.

If I may jump in (thanks for the mention, btw), I'd recommend Nereus by Empyreon on the speculative evolution forums. It's a very thorough project that includes both plant and animal life and good artwork.
