I use ace bandages usually. I really shouldn't because they only work alright for people with B-cup sized chests and I'm a C-cup. Though, when I go to conventions, I use duct tape. For duct tape, it's all about how you put it on. Don't wrap a single strip fully around your body. You pull each breast toward each of your armpits essentially, then put a strip of duct tape from your breast and around to your back. Do the same for each side and make sure the strips of duct tape overlap in the back. They should not touch in the front, though. That could make it hard for you to breathe. The space between your breasts shouldn't have duct tape on it. Bring some lotion with you if you decide to do it because that area of exposed skin can get sore and lotion makes it feel a bit better. Oh, and one big thing that might help you with this method is if you have someone else to help you tape yourself. Just censor your nips or something.
