Hello!
I saw your comment about practicing contortion and I was wondering if you could give me some tips and pointers. I'm just starting to practice contortion, and I'm going to the philly school of circus arts to train for cirque du soleil. I know I haven't been training since I was a kid or anything, so it will definitely be harder for me, but I know I can do it if I try hard enough.
