Maybe you could have the dried tear on Tesla's cheek, from where he was crying for Nnoitra. And Nnoitra could be, like you said, on borderline breakdown mode.

You can do it however is good for you, and I will be happy no matter how it turns out. I can't draw Nnoitra or Tesla, and I envy anyone that can. They don't appear in the manga too much, so fanart is all the NnoiTes fans have. But I can't draw my own. U_U
