Here's my opinion, I think the sky is done nicely, it's nice way of designing a sunset with all the mixture of stronger colours, I also like how've you've given the clouds a see through effect, The grassy hills are okay, the shadowing on them is quite good, I can't comment on the Pokémon's anatomy cause I have no idea how it works, I'm not sure what direction the source of light is coming from by looking at the Pokémon, the shine and shadow is alright on the Espurr and the colour is done pretty well.

Well the grass is better then how I used to draw it.
