I hate Nazi's, sand, salt water and a whole list of other things, but I didn't put them in my ID because I don't think anyone really cares.
Anime and all that other "Japanese junk" is not a way of getting out of proper drawing, it's just a different style of drawing that I imagine you suck at.
I'm not convincing you to like it, I'm pointing out that it is not a cheap form of art, and why the fuck did you feel it necessary to tell everyone about it?

I don't think anyone cares either, it's just an "about me" type section (or so I believe), so I put down the things that are relevant to me and this "art" concept. I don't go around insulting people for using it, I just don't like it, and that partially defines my "artsy-ness".
