I run a group on my main account - cupcakelover7 - and the way i got it started was by inviting all my friends to it and inviting everyone who visited the page. I had 5 slots for co-founders and 15 for contributers. Everyone else was a member. You also need to make sure people put stuff in the right folder - move it if its not...
