I'm sorry for replying so late! I first saw your art in FXT magazine's second issue and was very impressed! Your comic was my favorite and I happened upon your DA shortly after reading it and went "Whee!" with excitement. I also thought it was awesome you're from Michigan. Yes, they melt me too. In a way, kitten mews are my kryponite. I loose all reason, logic and coherent thought when I hear a kitten meowing. I almost lost my mind one day when I heard a kitten meowing under the deck outside my front door and couldn't get to it. I spent two hours in the autumn cold rolling around in mud trying to lure out and make my way to the kitty. I finally got her out and adopted her for a short while until I found a nice family for her. I'm such a softie for kitties. Kind of like Hellboy. Haha! XD

Hehe! I know, I was in love with Hellboy after I found that out about his character. I've only seen the movies, but I've been wanting to get into the comics too. I really dig the artist's style on top of everything else I like about Hellboy.

No, she wasn't hurt. She was probably just having conflicting emotions; she wanted out and wanted the food I was tempting her with, but she was so scared at the same time. So I think, like most females, she decided to sit stubbornly and yell about her predicament instead. Hehe.
