yes that's right , but a pre-build of windows 8 was leaked and you can find it easily in the torrent

it's just like windows 7 except in the logon screen (metro style) , in the explorer (with ribbon),ctrl+alt+del to logon (metro style).it also has genuine center , pattern login , application folder and aero lite theme . i've made some screenshots of the build 7955 here [link]

well, i do not think so, you can always find a way to crack windows, I do not know if there will be improvements in the final version, anyway here is the changelog of build 8064 [link] . you can find official microsoft previews videos of windows 8 in youtube , these are a lot interesting .
