It is Latin; it means "pain itself" which I know is pretty emoface. But are you familiar with the use of "lorem ipsum" text as a placeholder in graphic design? The passage it's taken from is about how no one seeks pain for pain's sake, and the "lorem ipsum" of it is actually taken from "dolorem ipsum."

i get latin at school and this is the first year i get latin so i only know some basic stuff... but lorem ipsum comes from dolorem ipsum, does it mean the same?

I've never taken Latin, so you know more about the language than I do! But in this case, it's my understanding that the passage was corrupted in multiple ways, words chopped up, etc. I don't think "lorem" necessarily means anything at all by itself.
