Being a human doesn't make someone "broken" or "defunct". It just means they're not a canine or a feline.ย
As well, it would also be great if you didn't demonize monsters or imply that monster characters are ugly or "nightmare-ish". I don't think any of my monster OCs are ugly.ย

I think you're missing the point of my monster ocs... and my tagline.
The tagline means "I am human, and have emotions and my own thoughts even if that doesn't work with your own worldviews and opinions."
It's not really about species so much as the level of sapience.
And ugly doesn't mean bad, and pretty much all my ocs have some facet of me in them. I draw creatures with flaws to better accept my own flaws, and occasionally draw demons that reflect my own person demons I.E. my fears, insecurities, and manifestations of mental illness.
It's a lot more about acceptance of self than LOOK AT THESE SCURRY MONSTERS

Well I don't quite have money right now I was mainly looking at the icons though. I have this guyย Spoof by and he is my main OC's pet ghost. He is also my mascot for...welp almost everything. I need stickers or icon emoji things for discord of him and I was hoping maybe one or two moving ones for here on DA...I know it may cost A LOT of money but that is why I am asking so I can save. The character's name is Spoof. You don't have to draw him at all either XP It is not a must hehe. And if you do but don't wanna do icons I could use a...youtube banner? maybe or even just a cover photo to use XP..?

Yeah same here. I've been trying to draw more recently so I'd figured I would come back on dA and see who's left.
As of now a lot of people either migrated to Twitter, FA, or Tumblr though.

Honestly I'm not surprised, dA's not doing too hot recently. I just recently tried to get back into things as well.
I also use tumblr and honestly am more active there in general. Very few of my friends are on here nowadays.

I remember when i was about 13 or so, i would always look at your art because it was so inspiring. I have always remembered your username and I have yo say, if anyone were to say your username it would bring back a lot of certain memories to me! glad to see you're still drawing <3 ( 3 years ago but you must have definitely impacted my life to remember you โฅ happy holidays!)ย
