heeeey, I've been completely overwhelmed with work and life just in general. My grandfather's going in for surgery tomorrow actually...I'm gonna be moving here in the spring, so I have some more research to do. Life has a funny way of throwing alot at one time. The comic... uh... well I had intentions to post it. But now I'm wanting my DevArt more as a portfolio of sorts. I may make another alias specifically for the comic though. Not sure. Oh fluffy will be thrilled by the love of his fan! Thanks again for the compliments. If I do figure out my life... T.T haha... I will post here the exciting new link for the comic. I can honestly not say when that may happen. Sorry for the disappointment. That's the update at the moment... thanks for checking in <3

oh yeah thats cool. sorry to hear about your grandpa. whats the matter with him? yeah.. hospitals arent fun i actually had to go there this morning just got back from it at 7AM -_- the only good thing about it is that i get out of classes today because of it I think thats a really smart idea about how your making it more for a portfolio, i respect you of that

Ah my grandpa's in for hip replacement. He's been released now, which is good. Lots of physical therapy and rest ahead. You mind my asking about your visit to a hospital? If not I understand. Thanks for the encouragement

I dont care to talk about its actually better that i do... so says doctors lol. well heres the thing im a "special case" says ever doctor ive been too :/ Ya see for the past 3 years now ive been having these "attacks" now in which my body just sorta shuts down in different ways... the one last week was that i was sitting in this lounge chair and when i would sit back, for who knows what reason, my whole body went white. When i leaned forward to let someone into the room we were in all the color came back. Well i sat back again and i went white again well my friend suggest i stand up (not a good idea lol) well right when i stood up i blacked out and went face first towards the ground I couldnt move, talk, open my eyes, and i was barely breathing... well my friends all thought i was unconscious but i could still hear them and tell that they were moving me... i just couldnt do anything :/ well they called an ambulance and then they took me too the hospitol. When i got there (this is 1am) they didnt know what to think. I was just at the same hospitol back in september for a similar incidence. After being there for 5 1/2 hours i finally got released. They took some blood and gave me liquids cause they thought i was dehydrated. While talking to the doctor tho i told her my whole history with these and explained alot of the "attacks" and how different they all are. Well she suggested that i go have a "tilt table" test, thats where they strap me to a table and rotate in different directions testing my vascular system in different positions. She, the doctor, believes that i might have something wrong with my heart because while i was laying on the bed my heart rate was low but right when i stood up it shot up tremendously so they couldnt get an accurate reading on it :/

So yeah these "attacks" are really weird... Everyone of them are different. Some look as if im having a seizure other my body just hurts as if i just want to die They are unpredictable. I tried a medicine called Buspar but i had an awful side effect in which my right arm when numb and my eyes were going in and out of focus separately while i was getting extremely dizzy... and that was only with half a pill

Right now i go see a counselor once ever couple of weeks, within the past couple of months ive had: MRI, EEG, x2 EKG, B12 shots, x-rays, lots of blood work, had to wear a heart monitor for 48 hours, and some other things. The doctors have been neurologist, cardiologist, psychiatrist, counselor, family doctors, other "normal" doctors. And NONE of them know what could be causing this

With the counselor im seeing we've been trying to think of what could be causing it... We've spent hours making lists of symptoms to see what diseases they would fit in with but every time once we get to the bottom of the list there's always that crucial factor that makes me have the disease is missing So there another problem, i have all these symptoms but no disease to fixate them too.

Many of people thought that it was all in my head but after they witnessed me having one of my "attacks" they think otherwise.

OH WOW... i've just realized how much ive typed... sorry to tell ya my whole life story. lol. sometime i just ramble on and on. But it fells good to tell sometimes :/ If you have any ideas on what might be causing my "attacks" it would be good imput... any ideas are better than none Well thx for listening

Seems like you've had beyond your fair share time of diagnostic guess work. You sound like you have a very grounded acceptance of things, despite the lack of technical causation. Seems like they are doing what they can to figure out the best way to help. I hope you'll be okay. I also hope that friends and family will support you. Support and just having someone there to vent to about it is probably helpful. Unfortunately I'm not knowledgeable at all medically, so I have no new leads for you. I honestly didn't find your post rambling at all, I am really interested to hear other people's stories. You are smart with a great mind-set, if you ever want to update me, let me know.

thanks for the encouragement Yeah i try to keep a good mind set on life, even if it sucks xD. My counselor says thats good of me and tells me that not many people similar to me do that, so they just get worse off. But last sunday i was talking to a nurse thats really close to me and she said that she wanted to tell me something... Before she said it she had a very serious, but sad, face :/ she said, "Jarod this is hard to say but, you might be one of those people with the 1/million diseases that, its not going to kill you, but you're going to have to live with it the rest of your life...". After hearing her say this it kinda made me worry but at the same time, im not for sure why this, but it made me feel at ease almost... Man thats messed up lol.

Yeah so eventually once i ever head home again (in college) ill be making an appointment to get that tilt table test done :/

And yeah ill be sure to keep you up to date too

Thank you so much for your input, I'm checking out Mr. Hall right now, he has some pretty interesting stuff! I'm sorta new to sculpture,and haven't experimented much with photography, so I'm still have tons to learn. I think this will help guide me a lot, thanks!!
