Hey when you go to scan things into photoshop, how do you make your story boards into one image, I'm trying to figure this tool out. It's a pain, and Brandon's a master @ it.

I'm not sure what you mean. Usually my thumbnails are pretty all-inclusive, but if I ever do find myself needing to merge images, I either trace it out with the lasso tool and copy and paste, or, if it's a panel, I use the square tool to select the area and copy and paste that way.

Thanks! I checked out your stuff. Very solid stuff, and I can tell you're taking your time with it. I'd try to stay away from using other people's work as reference. I use photos all the time, and there's plenty of them to find on the web. That way, your own style will be more pronounced than someone else's. Also, it seems like you go straight in with a finished line. I always start with simple shapes that I refine until I get what I want, kind of like carving a statue, but in two dimensions. I think that you have a good sense of how to use shadows, and I'd love to see more of that. You're extremely talented, and I think if you just keep doing what you're doing, drawing as much as you can as often as you can, you'll be giving me tips soon.
