Thanks for all the comments and thank you for having a look around my gallery. I really do enjoy taking photos and before having a camera I would always feel as if I saw things that would make amazing photos, but never had the equipment to capture that moment. Now that I have a camera when those moments present themselves I'm very quick to snatch them up. I'm glad you enjoyed my photos and I hope you enjoy the future ones. I plan on uploading more tonight when I get home as I still have some that I want to upload from that trip. Let me know what you think.

I know exactly what you mean, my camera broke a couple weeks ago and now Im waiting to get a new one, its driving me insane!!! Luckily I have other creative outlets in the meantime. I can't tell you how nice it is to hear someone has actually taken a look around. Most tend to focus on one thing and don't even care to take a look at my other work. I appreciate the compliment and I have to say... You are quite the artist as well. I've never been able to draw very well nor have I ever really had the passion for it, but I do admire others drawings. It takes a tremendous amount of patience and a love for the result. I think you have some great work.

I mainly want to know what to do in program to help bring out the image. If you have any general camera tips to taking focused pictures I would appreciate that as well. I tend to end up with some slightly blurry images and really have to work at the manual focus to get what I want. Is there an easier way? Thanks! Any help at all is appreciated

aight. of course a tripod is useful while taking the photos, i personally dont use one. for me the most important thing to fight the blur is the photoshop align layers tool. you put your images in three different layers, mark them and go to "Edit" => Align layers. it will match the layers aboce eachother. you crop it until its nicely framed and save each single on as a seperate jpg / raw. i would check every single photo for brightness, sharpness (use unsharp mask tool) and noise before saving. then i use a programm called photomatix, its brilliant. there i have to admit, i just play around with the different sliders till it fits my expectations.
