I haven't think about it, but for sure I would like to visit it, and may be live for a while.
In your opinion what is the best thing in São Paulo? I know latin people is very kind, as mexican I could guess brazilian also is, other thing city development

I can't answer, I don't know some specific thing, but most of latin cities has similiar problems populations, crimes...
