Well, I started out using Pro pencil work. Like Joe Mad, Skottie Young. But then I found DevArt artists who were cool enough to let me color their stuff. Like ~lakcoo2u ~raheight and ~ fleshpool .

Hey,
I was wondering if you would look at some of my stuff and give me tips. I'm having a hard time getting any C&C on digitalwebbing. I know I need secondary lighting in the Banshee and Spectre pieces, but what else should I work on. I would really appreciate if you could help me out in this way. If you don't have time, it's okay.

Sure I can help you!

I saw the Banshee and it's good! But here are some tips:

1 - Since the scene is at night, I suggest you put some blue in the trees and leave then a little lighter. The trees have vivid colors, and they attract too much attention.

2 - Try to put more details in Banshee. I don't think he needs light in his stomach, but his boots and the yellow parts of his uniform in his arm could use more detais.

3 - Always look for good references when coloring, wich is not hard to find in Deviant Art, there are some people here who are amazing.... Pay attention to how they do the shadows and how they paint the background so the attention goes to the main character in the scene.

I hope I helped.. my english sucks, so if u didn't understand something just ask
