Of course! For selling art or services, we call this commissioning if I understand what your asking correctly, just make a journal listing your prices and what you can offer. Here's one I did, but it doesn't have to look like this: www.deviantart.com/browse/all/…
You can offer commissions for just about anything you can make. Since you're pretty new to the site, I'd like to suggest you do some free requests to get your name out there while also creating some examples of what you can do so people will know what to expect when they commission you, at least 5 - 10 should do. If you don't want to and you want to get right into commissioning, that's fine as well. The best way to advertise this is through groups. Groups are places in DA where lots of people watch a page dedicated to a specific thing such as a fandom or art centered around a theme. You can join groups by clicking the join button and then go to the right bottom by the stats bar to request your journals to groups. Keep in mind, not all groups accept journals, so make sure to click the drop down box when choosing the group you want to send your journal to, to make sure you're requesting it to the right folder where pages store the deviations it wants to share.
