Umm, if you mean submitting a picture, you go to your homepage... You see where the ' pageviews' and stuff are? To the right, there are buttons 'edit page' and 'submit art'... You click on the 'submit art' one and you'll go to a new page... Once there, You can choose the picture you wanna submit, type in the name of your pic, details, comments, etc... then when ya done, hit 'submit' at the bottom of the Submission page....
