yes.. I use a photo to reference my vector... and I use the color gradient to make that color like so real. Maybe this link can be help you to making a vector car... good luck.

No problem, you deserve it. Tell me, did you use a photo as a reference? Vector art like this is beyond me so I'd love some insight into how something like this gets created.

Thanks for the welcome. I hope to get something put up soon. I don't think I can compete with you quite yet, though. Not that art is a competition or anything. It's just that, well, you're really really good and all. hmmm... Man I need more practice.

^_^ i bet we all have different styles, yet every style is unique from one another. im really thankful of your words though.

the only competition i love having though, isn't comparing with the draftmanship, but the passion of someone drawing, and his/her attitude towards other fellow artists and to his/her own art.

We all need practice. ^_^ no matter how great we are, we still need to proceed.
