Huh, that was strange.
DUDE. I fucking saw Children Of Men the other night finally and I gotta' say that I'm so impressed with that movie I shit myself. Honestly though, that was one of the more impressing films I've watched in a while. One of my favourite things about it was the subtle tensions they made in the simplest of scenes. Like when Theo finds out they plan on killing him and taking the baby, so they go to escape in the early hours. That car rolling chase scene had me on fucking pins and needles. Not to mention the impressisveness of the long shots with no cuts, that was awesome.
Man, The Good Shepard was so boring it made me wanna gouge out my eyes. They watched that last night, I ended up playing the Sims, heh.
I want to see Lets Go To Prison!
Oh and, I need your woman's last name. (For wedding invitations) I figured you'd want to bring her with you.
I mean, hey, nothing gets a chick more excited than a wedding. Har har.

Children of Men was awesome. But I do think Becca enjoyed it even more than I did. I loved the long cut scenes like the car ambush and the scene where Clive Owen walks across a few blocks and up into the building to retrieve the woman. I can't image the time and effort it took to orchestrate those scenes due to 1.) the length without a camera cut and 2.) the amount of people involved in those 2 scenes.

The Good Shepard was loooooooooooong. I liked it though. They could have and should have shaved about 30 minutes off that flick.

I rewatched Lets Go To Prison. That movie is still fucking hilarious.

Have you seen The Departed? That was long but I dug it.

Oh and I'm bummed because I don't know if I've got anybody that can actually make it to see Grindhouse tomorrow night. Argh!

For some reason this thing is being a douche about replying to the note.
Anyways, Becki works a new schedule now with her new job in Aiken. She's only off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays > So I have to wait til then to go see it. There's this drive-in theater near here called the Big Mo (in Monetta) I wish it was playing there! But alas, it's not, we might go see Spidey 3 though when it comes out.
I just got The Departed from Blockbuster yesterday actually, we'll probably watch that tonight even though she'll get home around 2am, heh.
I'll be giving you a call tomorrow (Saturday) dude.

Yeah, I'm alive. It's been a hectic past month or so..
I DID catch 300 though, we had to go to Sumter and see it because of gas/money issues. I fucking LOVED it. I'm so fucking psyched for Grindhouse too.
We went and saw TMNT yesterday in Augusta, GA. That theater was freakin' sweet dude. It's a 20 screen multi-plex..
TMNT wasn't too bad actually, I enjoyed it although it was a lot more geared towards kids than I realized.
Anyhoo, e-mail me your number or something cause we have a cell phone now. I don't remember your number though cause I'm mostly retarded..

We saw TMNT yesterday as well and I actually did enjoy it. I figured with the PG rating I'd lose interest quick. I thought the storyline, cg, and acting was on point though and I friggin' loved Splinter. "I have to watch my stories...I bet Cody is going to break up with whoever" had us laughing our asses off.

I'm psyched for grindhouse as well. That movie is going to be a mind!@#$!

I liked Splinter, although for some reason the voice got on my nerves a little. I really liked the voice for the puppet Splinter from the original live-action trilogy.

i thought his voice was funny. the guy, old chinese guy named Mako, died before the movie was 100% completed. he was reeeeeaaally old though.
