Well i assumed you know what's bitmap graphic is. Vector graphic is different method of graphic manipulation from bitmap. By using vector, you can have a sharp edge in your images. It's perfect tool for art such as anime. For better understanding of vector you might want to try to Wiki it 
Vector usually used to trace out images, like your picture

Well I'm working as a graphic designer and freelancer as well, some involve anime too which I like it very much. So life's been busy and I don't really have time to make new artwork and stuff.

I saw the level of your work, and then judging by the name you use, I thought you might do this in a more professional capacity. That's why I asked.
Well the pageviews thing-- people have to know you're there. You can go to other people's pages, leave faves, comments, etc. If you like an artist, put them on your watch list. People will check you out and do the same. the more you interact the more people will come to your site. considering your skill level - being as good as it is, you should have no problems attracting people to your page this way.
I found you because someone else had one of your artworks on their faves page.
There's also the thumbshare forum. If you check out my journal, I have thumbnails of my own works and thumbs of other people's work that I like - this is done by pasting thumb codes (on the pages with your art) onto the journal or onto messages in the forums. the thumbshare forum lets you post thumbs of your work for others to see- and you can view other people's work too.
Like I say, the more you interact the more people will discover you. I don't do enough I think someitmes. But yeah, it helps.
