I'm glad you actually took my advice now about being more mature.
I didn't say anything about perfection.
We're talking about what do you do when you want photography to be an art. What you said is STEP ONE of the basics of making art in general and isn't the whole meaning of photgraphy. Just think about it, you just take a picture of yourself without any real meaning except you just sitting there trying to look cool while others are trying to get the perfect picture which would make an effect of some sort on the viewer. Besides, your titles really kill the mood. Why not try to take a picture of SOMETHING ELSE this time. Like, nature or graffiti(yes, it's urban ART) or maybe even a plastic bag in the sky with good sunlight. That is photography(as an art). Of course your cousin, Imthefuturelady comprehended this more than you, she still thinks that some of her pictures ARE photography as an art.
I conclude what you do is CAMWHORING. There is a difference.

4. The "Happy Little Fairy"-Another common Livejournal pic, this one is favored by underage cutesy girls. Taken with the photographer lying on her back, camera pointed down at her face, wearing a dreamy, shit-eating gaze.
