Tarascon in to the south, close to the Mediterranean sea. It's a "little" city, yet a bit dead.

No problem!  I like the more traditional feel of this design.  I definitely like it better than the modern "official" interpretation of Orcus.  As a side note, do you do commissions?  If so, what would you charge for something like Orcus?
