Sort of. I check here very periodically. I've just experienced a lot of disillusionment with respect to my skill, and I'm busy as all hell. I suppose I ought to make a post about it to explain myself. Sorry for going dark!

Oh I simply can't produce original art. Everything you see here? It's been meticulously vector-traced by perusing every episode and trying to find the characters in poses I need, then tracing right over those frames. I essentially piece together my comics from existing images I sharpen up. What I really want to do is draw the things I imagine, but I've tried that and it's not been a successful enterprise.

Maybe you can start by drawing what you know. Start by removing the image you trace on now and again to help give you some freedom. Remember old animations, they had to be hand drawn, and they looked at many images they made previously to help. So there's nothing wrong with that, as long as you still give yourself room to grow.
