Nah, I'm actually home in PA now for my thanksgiving break. Hanging with old friends and trying to figure out how I feel about absolutely everything. too much work and not enough laughing - I need to call you sometime and have that fixed.

Its just been a really long time since I've talked to you - so I thought I'd drop you a line. I'm really interested to know how your life is going for you.
I still see you everyday on the wall in my room. (I hope you don't find that creepy) And I'm constantly reminded of you. I really need to visit you - and we need to have fun, get in trouble, and then spend a day doing absolutely nothing. Although that seems like a formula for taking over the world.
I need you to be here. For a variety of reasons - but one of which involves Kaleen (kaimoondancer). She starts arguments and says things that make her seem so high'n'mighty. Then contradicts herself, and is a hypocrite. And stuff of that sort. The sad thing is, if I COULD say something - I could tear her down. But I'm tied by the fact that I want to step foot in that house again. But you - you think in a similar fashion to me, and could easilly rip this girl down to size, without fear of being '86'ed from the house.

Hey, long time, no see. Literally and figurativly, I was thinking about you the other day - I don't remember why, or what I was thinking, but I was in a grocery store, and you suddenly popped into my mind. I don't talk to you nearly as much as I want to, but at the same time - I don't have anything interesting to say. I guess I could blab on about my own life, but that seems like a half-hearted attempt at making 'small talk' from 2500 miles away.

Hey babe, I can understand the writer's block bit. I have hundreds of stories I wish you knew about, but I don't know where to start. And I always wish you were here, I always wish we had more opportunities to make memories and stories for ourselves. It's hard to make real memories over the internet.
When it comes to seeing each other, I suggest going by train. So much cheaper than airline tickets or gas. Plus, navigation isn't an issue and you can sleep and do other things. I just discovered the train, and I find it fascinating that it's so damned usefull.
I do want to see you again, I say "as soon as possible" but that sounds strange seeing as I've waited years and could literally wait forever for you. One day I'll have freedom, and some extra cash, and I'll come see you in the prom dress I should have worn to yours when you asked me. And I'll bring all the CDs I made in your memory, and all the poems I wrote while on my roof looking west, and the one picture I have of us - you, short and bug eyed; me, tall and frizzy; and both of us beaming like we'd found the most wonderful thing in the world. And I don't know what I'll do when I get there. I've got to assume ... everything I couldn't do for all these years.
Maybe I'll just kidnap you, and keep you forever. Right now, your love is enough. It means as much to me now as it ever did, not just a romantic love but a true commitment of feeling that can last years without even the sight of the other's face. I still feel the same for you Ty, the feeling never gets duller. It just gets quieter, waiting for the next time I can allow myself to let it out. Because it hurts being here without you.
Richmond will always be heaven for me. I'll never slow dance with anyone else to Weird Al's Amish Paradise, stairwells make me sad, and I'll never look at elevators the same way again.
