art proj. we had to make like a "what do you think happened?" type of thing. i was going to do a woman standing and like bloody hands on the window. (on photoshop!) but i dont need it anymore.

You may not realize it, but it's 100% true.

Since both my parents are alive and love me, I'll give you this one.

If only due to familial obligations, probably.

On the contrary, I believe that you hate someone because you are terrified that you are just like them. The traits that infuriate us most in others tend to be the ones we fear seeing in ourselves.
4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.
Now why would the knowledge that someone you don't like is happy make YOU happy? I'm not saying we all dance with joy when our enemies weep, but if someone whose goals conflict with mine is happy, odds are it is due to something that will make me unhappy.

Okay, this one is probably true. The downside being that after I talked them out of suicide, I got to know them, and now I really, really wish I hadn't stopped them.

Never turn your back on the world. It takes the opportunity to pin 'kick me' signs to your back.

Or you'll be horribly disappointed. You know, because life doesn't always go the way you want it to, no matter how much you believe in anything.

Except that the rude remarks are more likely to be honest, and the compliments more likely to be false politeness.

You have beautiful work and I think I speak for us all when I say that we, as artists, are entitled to be harsh on our own work. If we weren't then we'd never improve. Because there are far too many people out there that candy coat everything and that just doesn't help.
