Sorry for the delay. Trying to come up with something better than "First, gouge a funnel-shaped hole in your forehead." About the only way to do this is to build a piece that covers the eye socket & forehead with a forced perspective inverse cone painted on it. A fake eyeball sitting on the edge would complete the piece.
Good luck with that. One of those things that works in manga, but not in real life.

thanks for the comment, i like your gallery it reminds me of me, i did a ton of stuff like this, on a next to zero budget, i was part of a community theatre project about ten years ago, most of my props were made of cardboard.
