Whenever I click download when I view a base, I move it to paint and for some reason it's blurry. It's so weird I was like 'what the heck, whenever I click download the base is blurry'. Are your bases MS Paint friendly?

I mostly make my bases for photoshop users, thetechnocat makes my bases ms friendly, you can check her gallery for my bases.

I want u to make bases out of these pictures catdragon4.deviantart.com/art/… catdragon4.deviantart.com/art/… and when u're finished with the bases, make them a conic base and put Rare Find 13 base on top. If not, I'll think of something else.
