dynamic in this context means that your art is the opposite of stiff and unnatural, you draw a lot of different poses that fit the scene that you've drawn and look like a real animal would be standing like that! let me know if you need a better definition of what i mean

even if it did look like a kid drew it, that's not a bad thing! everyone learns, i've been drawing and practising almost every day for nearly 7 years now, it takes time to get better but if you keep at it you'll get better! i thought the same thing about my art for ages but i've kept at it for awhile and now i'm pretty happy with it but there's always room to improve
