The whether in England as been pretty hit and miss lately. But aside from that it's been pretty great, very relaxing, enjoying the time away from work as much as I can. Have to make the most of it while I can

The weather here has been terrible. The heat. It's killer.
My body doesn't do well with this kind of heat so I easily get heat sickness >.<
Vacation time is great, huh? XD

I did write a journal about that lol It's more about not being as active as I usually am.
But I've had the last few days to myself so been able to reply more. Art on the other hand has been slow.
Stupid art block.
I thought it was good lol not as great as the first one. But still good. The first one has more of a story. The second one has a lot of good special effects lol
It's been a family tradition for me and my mom
to watch the Independence Day movie every July 4th. It's a weird one. I know lol So instead of seeing the first one like we normally do,
we saw the new one.

I prefer rain over heat any day XD Being hot is just so uncomfortable and there's little you can do to get away from it
But no special plans. Really nothing beats a couple days to just relax with nothing to worry about

What family doesn't though?? XD You shouldn't focus on the arguments, concentrate on the high points and good times, it's the best way to stay positive and avoid fighting
As for motivation, can't say I've got a lot of advice for that, never really have to deal with art blocks. Maybe just keep trying but don't force it, eventually you'll get back into it OwO

Yeah. Art block is usually easier to get out than a writers block. For me it is anyways.
The moment I get a writers block, it's terrible to get out of. 
The worse severe writers block I had lasted for three years. It was hell.

I write a lot. I have so many stories that aren't finish yet.
And I wrote a story with a friend that is the size of a Stephen King book XD
which is the only story that has been finished XD 
Plus on top of that, I rp. So whenever I get a severe case of it, it lasts for a long time >.<
but most of the time I'd get the small writers block. Usually it'd last from 2 weeks to 5 months. 
Depending on where I can find the inspiration and motivation.
Last time it was brought on by that new Dracula movie XD talk about random inspirations lol

It's somewhat strange I used to hate writing in any shape or form, but now I actually enjoy it XD wouldn't ever be able to create a novel sized story by myself though, surely that takes complete dedication and a hell of a lot of work right??
But inspiration can come from anywhere, it's not surprising most the inspiration for my stories and characters come from films and video games OwO

I love it ^-^ I still do writing exercises that was taught to me in school.
It helps as a warm up before I start actually writing a story. 
It was based on that a picture is a thousands words. You take a random photo and write a small story based on it XD
And yes, a lot of dedication. It took us five years to write the story itself. It was way too big.
Mind you, we aren't professionals. So it's taken us 4 years to rewrite it, edit it, and add more, then have the cycle repeat itself.
Right now we feel confident with the story line itself. But it's the editing that's a pain in the ass. We're aiming to get it publish XD

Lol same! A lot of my characters are inspired mainly from the video games Resident Evil and Silent Hill.
And if you ever played those games and looked closely, a lot of people can see those games being inspired by my characters XD
Also demonology and mythical folklore helps a lot as an inspiration. Raven was inspired by my love in demonology based on Belial, Lucifer, and the arch angel Michael. And his realm setting was inspired by Silent Hill. Yup. I think I have issues lol
