OK here some ideas I just think you may like.

villains-types
A big hulk like dinosaur monster.
a crazy one who has Electricity Control.
a female that has skin made of diamond.
and about one who has Gravity control.

hero-type
a female who can control heat.
and a guy who has Ice Control powers.
a good witch that can do Magic and cast Illusion.
cool one that is Elasticity like plastic-man.
and a cat-female one.
