What you could do, instead, is try oekaki. It's simple and fun, and you can get all the advice you need on improvement.

Oekaki-bbs and paint-bbs are the most popular online drawing programs. Oekaki is something like MS paint, only much much more advanced...and you post whatever you draw on it, for comments and so on.
