CSS is good because it's simple and very effective/pretty xD
If you were going to change it frequently I suggest simply changing the images (backgrounds, icons and whatnot) and leaving the general layout the same. Simpler for you, and stops people from the possibility of getting lost at the change xD But yeah, you could totally pull it off!
I actually had the idea to fuse my Deviant ID box with my journal skin, It would stop all the problems with varying screen sizes, allow animations on links, and need only one set of links to youtube, tumblr, etc. and besides, I don't have that much text in my ID, so it wouldn't take up too much space in the journal header. If that makes sense, It's worth thinking about at the very least. xD

a bit, It'll really pick up soon enough. Just have to get the slow and boring stuff out of the way first. Most of it is storyboarded, some work on music/audio has been done, about a 3rd through 3D modelling & rigging

ooh maya.... *shivers* i aint gonna touch that shit till July and I'm happy. The reason being our practical exams are done now, and all thats left are the dreadful theory papers which will go on till May 29th. but we have preparatory holidays till 20th and im busy not studying and making drawings and paintings haha! XD
animation in maya can be a headache, as you know, but people at my uni say that im like a boss in it so
