Thanks! The idea is that it's similar to the good/bad endings with the heads on the floor but instead it's Golden Freddy's head on its side with the text: "it's over..." above it.

You don't need a computer drawing program to be good. There are many people out there who do solely traditional art and they draw amazing!

I use Paint Tool Sai

How do you make the static (like of Golden Bonnie one)?

For the static I use Photoshop. I get a picture of TV static, then open it on Photoshop. I then go to Edit>Define Pattern, and that makes the static a pattern. I then open up the drawing I want to use, then use Shift+Backspace to open up the fill box. I then select the static Pattern, and lower the opacity until the original image is visible (you can either make the image very visible or hardly visible it's up to you and what effect you want). You can set the static layer on overlay, but that is up to you. Also, to make it look like a screen, you can make TV scan lines, which have the same process at the static, except you must open a 2x1 pixel file, then color one pixel black and one white, and create a pattern. If those scan lines are too small for your image, make a 4x1 or 6x1 image, and color in two and two or three and three. Hope this helped
