actually in australian law, underaged anime girls in sexual situations is considered child porn while the rest of the world doesnt acknowledge fictional depictions of children as real life children and therefore not child porn. The girl in question   who was posing as a person of legal age at the time, offered to be this man's personal camgirl, providing erotic services via webcam in exchange for free art from   who Griddles was working closely with. This police case was closed for almost 4 years and she brought it up again because she was upset that another artist   drew some fanart of Griddles characters and she felt she needed to spread this information and encouraged others to do so

Griddles and the young girl in question NEVER physically met up in person, the only reason Griddles was in jail was because of the nature of the incident. A 14 year old was sexually interacting with him online, and the law protects her from whatever incidents that may occured and puts Griddles, an adult, as guilty

To the user known as 'nonbinarycode', I note you allegations about Mr Gridley. I also note that none of the links you provided support your allegation of him being a "child rapist". Your allegation is not based on fact, is defamatory and is libelous in the extreme.

You appear to have been 'sucked in' by an attention seeking and immature girl on this and other forums. For your information she is not being honest with you or any other person and is embellishing her story for the sake of her own ego.

Below is a message send to her earlier today; note that the contents of the message equally apply to you:

It has come to my attention that you have published malicious internet articles concerning Mr Matthew Gridley, and have encouraged others to re-publish them.

In doing so you have breached a Court Order made in the Adelaide District Court by Judge Wayne Chivell. Although this is a most serious offence I cannot advise on penalty applicable for the Offence.

Further, you have committed Statutory Offences under the Victorian Judicial Proceedings Reports Act 1958 - Sect 4. The penalty for each Offence includes fines in excess of $3000 and/or 4 months imprisonment.

It would be in your best interests to remove all previous postings, cease and desist any further postings and advise all other persons to do likewise. Any person reposting your material in any format is also guilty of the above Offences.

These are very serious Offences and have been reported to Victoria Police. They have launched an investigation into the matter.
