If I had reported you for chain letters, the site administrators would lock you out of your account.  But I don't think you were trying to be deliberately disruptive, so I didn't report it.  Also, you're not the only one who's posted the same chain letter; it's always possible that someone else posted it while you were away from your computer (but still logged in to DeviantArt), or that someone's hacked a few accounts and used them to post their chain letters.
