I think the idea is funny since it's the 60s and you know, peace love and drugs and all that lol, so the idea of them trying drugs at some point is an amusing one. Only concern was whether Erik would let Charles do that so soon after his illness, but I'll reread it soon and take a second look over that. Other than that, there's a handful of ooc dialog, but I'm pretty sure that can be smoothed out without much effort.

Yeah, but y'know, Charles could always have kinda been sneaky and tricked Erik into letting him do drugs and go drinking.

Well, the OOC dialogue is kinda not really OOC since they're both on drugs, and plus, Raven would definitely react that way to the two normally-sane guys being on drugs while Charles is hitting her with Cheese Nips and Erik is slamming the Cheese Nip box into the window while saying, "Bitch, I am Magneto!" I couldn't resist adding that sentence, because it's just so funny. Plus, I already made Erik invent the phrase 'for the win' in another story of mine, so he's gotta have connections to find out this stuff so he can say it before anyone else.

Mhm, we'll see what I can do about that- it's probably going to have to involve subterfuge because Erik so wouldn't go for that.

And I meant before they get on drugs as well, but it's alright. Also, you mentioned a lot of foods that I'm pretty sure don't exist in the sixties, so caution there. I know this chapter's leaning towards an AU situation, but the story's pretty solid on being chronologically reliable, so we don't want to interfere with that too much. That's what AU stories are for.
