ah, Waluigi was invented by "Camelot"
is the company that makes the Mario sports games,
there in Mario Tennis, each character had a partner, Mario and Luigi, Peach and Daisy, Wario and now, he had no partner, then the Camelot invented a character who is Waluigi, Wario so that may have a partner in tennis game.
