well, it's all based on 3 photographs:
the one of the girl on the left
the one of the girl with black eyes
the pipe.

first I assembled them so that they look like they do now... what with the pipe connecting both mouths and all that.
I airbrushed them with different brushes for texture, and burnt the skin on the girl with black eyes to make her look dead etc...
then I 'hollowed' out the eyes, made her slightly darker and distorted the face to make the eye sockets larger, nose smaller etc...

then it looked like it was missing something, so i did the background and a whole load of other crap i don't want to bore you with, added sepia to make the colours dimmer, and added those trendy little lines to her face.
the border was last, which fucked up a bit because I was in a hurry to get it posted haha...
