sure!
for my designs, I do not like the idea of people taking them
and making something close to it to represent a sibling or offspring!
this can easily turn into theft and I can't just allow it for some and not allow
it for others!!
the biggest reason I did this was because of breedable charts-
someone took designs of mine that I made and made adoptables from
"parents" which is EASILY a type of design theft
it's profiting off of what I made

I, however, have no problem with anyone putting a pre-existing design
under a familial role like "offspring" "sibling"
I just mean, don't start trying to design something based off of my designs to
be an offspring or sibling!
