omfgg i was stalking my own account and saw this, uhhhhm, sorry for the late reply !!
but yeah, i use to despise blue, i still.. kinda do but its mostly bc of how people portray and draw him like an innocent cinnamon roll ?? : /
so i made this account out of spite and as a joke with my friend that i'd be super ooc to everyone else but.. this ended up becoming a real muse and i enjoy putting my own spin on ol' blue here :0

I think alot of people portray him as such, is because he's suppose to have alot of the original Papyrus's traits. Loud, hyper, slightly clueless to certain things. But I don't thinks he's completely innocent. Let alone unable to handle certain situations. I like the idea of him being cute n' sweet, but not so much the whole "yandere for his brother" like some people have portrayed him, or so innocent he doesn't know what sex is. 

But I understand where you're coming from. 

Well, your version seems pretty neat! Even if he originally started as a joke muse. 
Pffft, okay good. I felt so embarrassed once I realized it was Sans.
