Your welcome. I read through your comic series Midnight Eclipse, and felt that it would be remiss to forgo seeing it's conclusion. I am usually not one to follow a weekly schedule the lack of closure eats away at me, but the art style and narrative have me hooked. So now I wait under sufferance for the next page in the tale.

Oh, I'm very glad to know that you're enjoying "Midnight Eclipse" despite the fact that you're usually not a follower of comic series! ^_^
The 35th page is already in preparation so it will be here very soon! And thanks once again for your kind words!

In fairly vast amounts of pain. I took up Ultimate Frisbee at the start of the year again, as moving home provided some extra hobby time in my week. Which has been awesome, with the running and jumping and catching of things and the throwing of stuff... however I'm not the most spritly of fellows at roughly 135 kg (21.3 Stone). Not one to be limited by the physical I push myself pretty hard and after 8 weeks of running about I mentioned having sore legs to a team mate that informed me I am probably suffering shin splints, you can google if you want, but it summarises to things in the leg not having enough room because muscles try and grow were bones already exist putting extra strain on everything.
This is not the most significant thing, but it is currently all my mind can occupy right at this moment...
In other news the semester of uni draws ever closer to its end. We are mid way through week 8 of 12 for curriculum content, we will then have 1 week of revision then 2 weeks of exams, so not far now. Weeks 8 - 10 are notorious for having the most amount of work, as both curriculum content continues but assignments begin been due, and many unclever ponies leave said assignments till the last moment. Thankfully I have not been one of them this semester, and so have retained a marked level of sanity, YAY!
Yep, study and sport pretty much summaries life at the moment. How do you fair?

Yeah, um, I'm sorry about your legs man. I pray you can get that all worked out.
Sounds like you've got all your studies under control, so that's good. Glad to know you're doin' okay. ^^
Me on the other hand, nothing real newΒ to report. Real close to finding a job now. Oh,
and I did just get my Permit--Driver's Permit--about a week ago. So I'm going good man, thanks for asking !

Not too bad. Uni has started up again, so things are moving forward with that, and although I'm only at the end of week 2 I'm still glad to be on top of everything still, and feeling pretty good. Monday night's I've started getting involved with the Ultimate Frisbee team again, and practice was fun this week. I'm impressed with myself at the moment for having done all of the warm up and pre game training, then played 5 or 6 points with out subbing off. Marks a decent improvement in well being and fitness levels. In conclusion, tired from running around and learning things, but not too bad. Looking forward to a weekend to do some hobby related activities.
How do you do?

Already have a to do list written out?
I've noted that if specific things can't be placed into a particular time or day to be done, a list of innocuous to do's is a must.

Hey, I'm pretty tired tonight, I've just got back from a weekend out camping which has left me pretty exhausted. Wanted to leave a quick reply to say,
I'm doing really well. Work tomorrow has me a little apprehensive. The list of injuries that are causing ongoing concern is growing slowly, and tomorrow could be a bit full on. The weekend was spent listenning to a Wild at Heart advanced teaching series by John Eldridge. I think I mentioned him before when I last went to a Fight For Your Heart weekend (Same teaching different name) and would like to tell more of the amazing things that have happened over the weekend, but some of it God is still working on, as for the rest I hope to tell more of the story when I can stay awake to do so.
For now, to summaries, amazing weekend, amazing God, amazing story.
Praying you day is filled with His Glory and your heart with His love.
Goodnight

Thanks so much!

OK so it has been a week so some of the details have already become a little fuzzy, but still I'd like to try and hit some of the high points quickly for you, because sharing stories WOOOW!
The first and greatest part of Friday was the realization that I would once again have the opportunity to hang out with my dad. It does happen often these days, but when it does I really find the friendship with him grow, and for a father son relationship in this day and age, I think that is pretty awesome. That and after a long week it's good fun to get away for a real blokes weekend.
Next was the teaching. As mentioned this weekends content was aimed to move above and beyond that of the boot camp from previous Fight For Your Heart weekends. I tend to do 3 things.
First listen to what is been said and then take it before God, and ask if there is anything he is specifically trying to address through it.
Second try and take many many notes. I find that the 50 mins to 70 mins sessions just aren't enough time to really chew through all the content.
Third and sometimes frustratingly, I try and think analytically of the way the message is been taught. What analogies are been used, how and when. What language is emphasized, and what is just conversation. I say frustratingly, because while it is good to pick up on new ques and techniques, it is far to easy to create a principal of something you see or hear, and that makes depending on and been moved through the Holy Spirit very difficult.
Amidst these things in the teaching I tried a new style of note taking that relies less heavily on conventional dot point or paragraphed data collection where en-mass one tries to convert all of what is said to notes. In stead I prayed before each session that God would show what was important for my journey at this time, and provide pictures to illustrate them. I might redraw and put up one of the more understandable of these to give a better idea. It was pretty cool, but by the 5th session I had lost track of it, and slipped back into conventional note taking, to not spoil the experience I stopped taking notes for the last few sessions. Till next time at least XD
I think the final point what the two words I heard from Father ( Capitalized of course meaning Father God ), and I share them with you as a friend, confidentially, because I'm still really excited by them.
One I'm sorry but I can't actually recall, and I don't think that its because it was unimportant because I know I had it clear in my head when I started this paragraph, but if I'm ever prompted to share it I'll let you know.
The second was that "Your nearly ready to meet the woman I've set aside for you" This I think is exciting for more obvious reasons, though I had a friend point out that he heard something very similar once of God's promise to provide and it took 4 years after that to meet her, so reservedly excited is what I'm aiming for.

Well alright quilty,
I very much so enjoyed reading that. It was quite thought-provoking, and attention-grabbing. I'm glad you got to spend some time with your dad. Your teachings sound very fascinating as well, and I'd appreciate it if you continued to share your experiences with me. ^^
I do want to go more into detail about this with you.
So perhaps send me a note when you have the chance. Just, if you don't want to have this conversation on your profile. If you want to continue it right here, then that's cool too.
Hope to chat with you soon.
God bless friend~

It's okay, quilty. I understand. I feel the same multiple times myself.
Well, if you wouldn't mind, I'd like to hear a littleΒ more about your dad, andΒ teachings.
Also about the woman God has set aside for you. I'd like to gather some more information on that if you don't mind telling.

Always... Good to hear things are going well, and your feeling ok. Also I'm pretty stoked to be reading your sent by angles series. I had a massive confirmation on Monday night after reading your most recent post on Luke 6, after the bible study I'm going to looked at 'the foundational things', talking mostly about hearing, and obedience. Has me excited for next weeks study and seeing what God teaches me next through this. So thanks again for you series, they have been a real blessing. Hopefully one day you'll see the blessing returned, God willing I'll be a part of it.
It is... Hmmm... Think will be something to ponder further I think.
God bless

Thanks alot quilty! Likewise friend.
Yeah...I forget, just because you don't comment all the time on them doesn't mean you're not reading them. You know, that means so much to me that my series can be anΒ uplift to you my friend. To spread God's word, and perhaps a slight chance people will be blessed by it; that's the reason I started the series in the first place. But you know I can't take credit because the Lord is the one who put the idea in me, I just acted on it. Anyway, I'm so glad to hear that quilty! And I hope you continue to prosper. And hey, thank you...so much. But knowing people are finding joy in my series is a big enough blessing for me.
Oh~? Are you planning on making something for Kat too? You know it doesn't have to be an art-piece. It can be a poem, or you could just say happy birthday. I'm going to try and make her a gift and a poem. Kat's been such a blessing to me personally, it's the least I can do for her.
God bless you too quilty! And have a great rest of the week!

7 days... (According to dA) I have something in mind, but as a audiophile, if it isn't up to standard I will find it very difficult to share with anyone. Solution, pray over recording equipment XD

Oh! That sounds like a swell idea quilty! I'm sure Kat would love that.
Haha, you give a good prayer over that equipment!
Yeah though, (I hope Kat doesn't see all this before her b-day) but I'm making her an Ichigo X Rukia pic. Since she loves the pairing so much. I have all the lines done, I just have to color it. Have no idea what the poem is going to be about though.... XDΒ

Sounds Awesome. My experience of writing poetry is, once I start writing it sort of feels like just putting down the words that describes what is already true. So to an extent the actual creation, whether it be a joke or narrative within the piece is largely already completed, so I spend little time actually figuring out those things, most of the time is spent spelunking the recesses of my mind for the one elusive word that actually fits, both with the pentameter set, and has the right meaning ( and tone... and inflection).
Agreed, steps should be taken to keep Kat way from this post. In hindsight such things could make perfect use of the note system... Ba humbug

Yeah... It probably would've been smart to have this conversation in notes... But it's only 5 days away now. I really don't think she'll see it--or at least I pray she doesn't.

Not so much good at as fond of poetry. For most friends I try to write something nice as a birthday greeting. I started doing so after realizing that most people birthday wishes could be automated messages sent on mass at the write time, which for a programer that creatively builds the system to make it happen is fine, but for me, it seems a little impersonal. So if I know I can't say it in person, I try and say it with some authenticity of self, and sincerity of heart.
