Being around Kixru was probably the first things he found problematic, since after leaving the darkness there was simply no way he was going to change for the better. It simply was not going to happen. His confidence about anything was pretty high, or low depending on how it was looked at. His view on things were completely different and just being outside of the world of darkness made him feel slightly annoyed already about the light. "So..where do you begin from here?" He questioned then slowly turned to walk a different direction to explore the town a little. "Nothing much has changed..how dull.." He grumbled.

Awakening from his unconscious state, he covered his face with his hands trying to remember what happened. He could only recall faint memories of battling Kuja and then he was pulled into some kind of dark corridor, and then everything went black. Looking around he didn't recognize the town he was in at all. It seemed calm and relaxing but he had no recollection of where he was and how he got there. "Garnet? Vivi? Eiko? Where is everyone?" He tried to get up but his body screamed against moving so he remained leaning against the wall. "Who was that dark dude.. and where is Kuja..?" He struggled to get to his feet and was pretty much looking around his surroundings until he came to notice a pretty girl. The feelings and emotions of just wanting to flirt with her was excruciating, but he kept himself calm since he had no energy to move much. "...uhm..! Hey! You there, Lady!" He called out before slowly standing more formally. "Uh..where am I?" He asked approaching her at a slow pace.

Kixru walked through the Radiant Garden courtyard, studying a bed of flowers. In one hand she held a clipboard, and in the other, she plucked one petal and examined it. She longed for an excuse to be outside the lab, so she had eagerly volunteered to record the gardens' progress. It was tedious work but as long as she was outside, she was happy.ย
The peace of the moment was disrupted by a distant voice. She turned her head quickly and gasped. All this time she thought she was alone - how did she not sense his presence?ย
"O-oh! Hey, there. You're in Radiant Garden. Are you...from another world?"

"Radiant..Garden?" He collapsed to his knees completely exhausted from forcing himself of moving. He should have listened to his body but failed in his efforts. "Ugh..I have no clue where this is and I have been unconscious for a while. At least..as long as I can tell. I am looking for my friends..have you heard of them? Vivi, Garnet, Freya, Amarant and..guh..Steiner." He shivered lightly at calling him a friend since he usually called him various kinds of things. "The name's Zidane." He was a little bit embarrassed to be seen like this. "Ugh..why does such things always happen to me when I happen to meet a beautiful lady?" He simply shook his head.

Upon hearing his situation, she frowned. "You must be from another world. I've heard your story plenty of times. Tell me more about your world - maybe I know of it."
A pink dusted over her cheeks in reaction to his comment. Clearing her throat, she shook her head too. "T-thank you. I'm Kixru, by the way. I work here."

He was confused on how someone could know about his story without him even being able to tell it in the first place. "That..sounds a little suspicious. Don't get me wrong my lady, I think you're quite sweet at trying to help me so suddenly even if you don't know me too well." He lowered his head a little wondering if everyone else was safe. "I do feel worried about my friends though. I wonder if they even can survive without me." He chuckled scratching his head a little. "Uh..so..you work here." He looked around. "Would you lead me to the big guy or boss..or whatever you call it? Cause..I'd appreciate to get home soon." He grinned.

He nodded his head then got back to his feet, following after her almost immediately. He had to know more answers on where he was and why he was summoned there. "I happened to wake up in the middle of nowhere in this town..so I don't know who sent me here and for what reason. I am extremely worried for my friends..especially someone close to me. Anyway, I don't have much for memories, but if there is anything you'd likeย to know about me. Just shoot! I don't have much to hide. Even if I am a thief at heart~." He winked at her. "Uh..yeah."

She laughed, shaking her head. His friendly demeanor convinced her that he was worth helping. She led him through the castle corridors, listening attentively.

"The name's Zidane and the name of the world I came from well..it's called Gaia." He looked around the castle corridors since he had no clue where he was. It reminded him a little bit of the castle of Alexandria but not nearly as fashionable. "I must say..I am glad I found you rather than someone who couldn't help." He admitted scratching his head a little. "I need to get home and check up on my friend, Garnet. She's a queen and all..so I need to check how she is.." He sighed lowering his head. "I messed up big time.."

He chuckled approaching the door then looked at both the door and Kixru. "So this master of yours can help? Right?" He questioned stepping a little bit closer trying to listen in. He was the type to do so after all being a thief and all. "Oh, there is movement." He stepped back wagging his tail in excitement. "If he can get me home..I'll give him all the things I stole from my world as a thanks."ย

"Uh, well..I managed to find out back home that I am from a race called Genome but for people around me who knows me. Just as easily calls me a tailed human. Not really much of a difference." He shrugged with a laugh. Looking on ahead he expected the door to open but he never really expected that kind of reaction from someone who had seen his tail. Usually it was just a shrug or no reaction at all. "I guess not this world is that used with something like a tail around. Many of my friends like to call me a monkey though." He laughed. The memories he spent with his friends usually revolved someone calling him that or just by mere insult.ย "My friend Blank used to call me that..but uhh..he just ditched on the name calling. I guess I grew up in his eyes or something."ย

"Uh..yeah. I guess I am faster than a regular human. I never really imagined myself to be amazing of any kind. I was just born with it." He gave her a smile but blinked once the photo was taken. It was rather odd but he knew about photographs. "It's quite dependable, as I can carry myself with the help of it and I can easily steal things when people aren't looking." He patted her shoulder then held out her Munny bag with his tail. "You should really be careful around me. I could be taking anything from you without you even noticing until later." He chuckled finding her amusing when it came to his tail. "Just be careful of not pulling on my tail. It's like being pulled by your arm or pinched. It hurts." He crossed his arms. "But..since you're a lady. I can allow you to touch it.~"

She swiped her bag with a smirk, shaking her head. โHuh. Good to see you got your skills in check. I donโt have a tail but Iโm not incapable of thievery.โ She took his offer, poking it. โSorry, man. He chuckled at her reaction. "I don't know how life of a human is without a tail though. I was adopted at some point when I was a kid so I just assumed that it was a normal thing." He ruffled her hair some. "What are you talking about? If you're curious just ask all the questions in the world. We're friends aren't we?" He winked at her, then started to laugh as she poked the tail. "Don't be afraid..it won't bite." He tilted his head some. "Huh..never heard of anyone wanting a tail. That's a new to me."

He stared in awe at the card then seemed curious of it. "No. Nothing of the sort has ever been presented in my world. There is a card game though..but not anything like that." He was close enough to study it then he looked at her. "Uhm..so this type of magic is quite new to me and..my tail is new to you." He chuckled. "I think we got quite a lot in common when it comes to new stuff. As well as money. Since..the money I stole from you just now wasn't Gil..right?" He fidgeted with his pocket then held out a bag of Gil. "You should check this out too. This stuff is the money we use in my world."

โWhoa! Yeah, that stuffโs foreign to me. We just have these pieces called โmunnyโ.โ She opened the bag, showing it to him. โWell, I was hoping my Master would be here but seems like heโs out. Sorry, Zidane. Maybe we can look through my labโs archives to see if we have anything about Gaia.โ She led him to the laboratory, which was also empty. Conveniently enough, the main computer was open to use. โLetโs see...Halloweentown, Jakku, Arendelle, Spira, Asgard...well, well, well! We have Gaia on the map!โ

He perked up looking rather motivated. "Really?! Gaia is on the map? I need to go there right away." He looked over recognizing the place almost immediately. "We have to go and check the place out. I am sure you're going to be weirded out but to tell you up front..most of the people around in my world has an extra body part. Sometimes not..but don't get freaked out. Some are humans there too. Various kinds of races live in a place called Alexandria." He looked at the map pointing to the area. "Here it is..but how do we get there?"

"Doesn't hurt to take it when it's an emergency right? Okay - here's what we're gonna do: we borrowย the key and zoom out of here. But you gotta do exactly what I say, 'kay?"ย

"Huh..I always have been the leader. Never expected this in such a short notice. Still, I don't really care for leadership as long as we get to our destination." He gave her a smile. "I'll obey your every command until we reach my home. When we reach it..we have to switch positions. I guess you know what that means." He winked at her then looked at the key with interest. He would rather get out of here before anyone else found interest in the tail. Probably best to not let anyone else see it for a while. "Lead the way."

"Smart choice, kiddo." With an excited skip in her step, she led him to the control room. Usually manned by Aeleus or Dilan, she had to be extra mindful of their watchful eye. Thankfully, they were nowhere in sight. Still, that didn't mean she couldn't be too careful.ย
"All right. See those cameras?" she whispered. "You gotta use some climbin' skills to disable them. Just turn 'em - don't break 'em. You'll be making sure it's clear for me to unlock the cabinet so I can grab the keys. And one, two, three, we'll be on our merry way to Gaia."ย

He followed Kixru closely then looked at the cameras. He didn't quite get what they were all about but he assumed it couldn't be good. He gave her a thumbs up since he was so much used to climbing. Jumping from his spot towards the camera, he managed to keep himself up with the help of his tail. Climbing was rather easy, so he lightly turned the camera so it wouldn't get broken. Then looked at the others before doing the same with care. As all were turned, he grinned then jumped down from the ceiling. "Good thing that bar up there was there..it was super easy to keep my tail wrapped around it." He looked over. "Anyway, the way is clear!"

"Nice!" She slowly opened the cabinet, careful not to knock anything over or misplace any object. "Thank you, Master Ansem," she snickered. "Surely you won't mind me borrowing this for...research!" Ultimately, she was excited to see a new world. It'd be the first time she'd get to report new information that she'd discover on her own whim. She waved the keys, signaling for Zidane to follow. She ran to the castle hangar, opening the smallest ship's hatch and entering the cockpit. She studied the controls, contemplating the first step.ย
"Uh...I'm not really sure how to fly these things properly but it doesn't hurt to try, right? Buckle in, it's gonna be a bumpy ride ~"ย

"I get a feeling that this is going to be exciting." He was so excited he could barely stand in one spot at the time. He followed right after Kixru looking around the cockpit in curiousity. It was rather interesting to explore since he had never seen such a thing from the outside nor the inside. "Weird..I remember driving something similar." He shrugged slightly knocking the wall a little. "Metallic. I only remember flying wooden airships." He sat down then looked on how to buckle himself up. "I can only imagine this is going to be scary if you don't know how to fly it properly." He watched her with an uneasy look. "Be careful."

"You'd be surprised what a little metal, magic and spit can do," she joked. "If you visit again, I don't mind showing you what other worlds have to offer!" Taking a hold of the controls, she gently levitated the ship from the ground. Then, she pulled Gaia's coordinates on the map. "Hmm. Should be easy enough. Here we go~!" Suddenly, she pushed forward, causing the ship to accelerate at a dangerously alarming speed. "Whooooo~!"ย

He immediately tensed up when the speed pretty much was too much for him to handle. It was like he was being pressed back from the intense speed. "I'd love to see other worlds..but for the time being. I'd like to see my own world. I'd like to show you around as well, if you..want to that is." He closed his eyes tightly as he was growing dizzy from the amount of speed that he experienced. If it wasn't for the belt he had on, he knew that he would crash right into the side of the ship if he ever took it off. He could feel his consciousness leaving as he was so dizzy. "Whoa..this speed makes me sick.."

"I guided you home. It's only fair that you guide me around yours, right?" She looked back at him, giving him a toothy grin. She seemed unfazed by the erratic jolting of the ride since she typically stole ships and flew them improperly. "Don't worry! You'll get used to it. We'll be arriving in a few minutes ~ " As the ship approached the world, she aimed to land in a barren place, free of a city and people. Abruptly, the ship hit nose-first, almost causing an explosion. "Whooop! That was fun. You still alive back there?"

He was clinging to the seat and it was evident that he was trying to keep whatever contents he had left in his stomach since he woke up remain. He was trembling as his entire body was so tense. "Yeah..I am just..great!" He smiled at her as he fidgeted with the belt trying to get out of the restraints then slowly get up. His tail had become all fluffed up by how anxious and tense he got from the entire ride. "I just..need a minute." He was relieved to be home, but at the same time he was going to lead Kixru through his world since she could fit right in. "I thought I wouldn't ever become air sick.." He looked towards her with a slight smile. "Ready whenever you are."

She did a simple stretch while looking at their environment. It wasn't too starkly different than what she'd seen but nonetheless, she was impressed to see the new world."So this is Gaia, huh? Looks big from what I can see on the map ~ So we're heading to...Alexandria, right? See if your queenie and friends are back?"ย

He was a little bit unstable on his feet, but other than that he managed to keep himself from falling as he left from the ship towards the door. "Yeah, before I appeared around your place. I was captured by Kuja." He looked at her tensing up slightly. "Kuja is my brother.." He was starting to feel uneasy and angry. He knew his friends had to be around somewhere safe. "Kuja used me..but that was because I wanted to set my friends free. He obliged with it and threw me out of this world.." He covered his head. "Owch..I guess I remember now." Jumping outside he looked around. Everything seemed to be normal. "I can't recall what he wanted me to do though. He just sent me to another world promising he would set my friends free..but I can't believe what he says to heart."

"You brother, huh? Hmm. By the sound of it, that doesn't sound too promising. I mean, what kind of brother hurts his own? I'm not much of a fighter, but I can help you against him. If your friends are in danger, you're going to need someone to help, right?"ย
She smiled but mentally scolded herself. She was here to research, not act on Sora's behalf. Still, it was the innate goodness of the light speaking through her. she wasn't going to notย offer her help. It beat cleaning beakers in the lab.ย

"It's too dangerous. Right now he thinks I am obliging to his orders. I haven't got any intentions to obey him." He sighed shaking his head. "He told me..when I was only a baby. He brought me to a forest that contained of dangerous monsters expecting me to be killed out there. Instead I was saved by the boss also known as Baku. He kind of adopted me since he found me out there. I kind of questioned my existence for a long time since I was the only one in the group with a tail and I felt i didn't belong anywhere. Still, I began with an attitude that everyone would love and as long as I can make others happy, that will make me happy in return." He smiled at her then sighed once again. "Kuja most likely will take you prisoner if he knows about you. He's going to think that I brought help to stop him..and he is not that particularly kind. He's...very full of himself.." He squinted slightly.ย
