My pleasure. The patterns were actually a splicing of several different patterns and even then these patterns were altered beyond their original design to reach the end goal. Schala's dress, in short, an a great big mess that managed to somehow come together. The skirt was originally a dress pattern from ages ago that was even then used only for the lower half of the gown. The bodice is from a Victorian dress pattern and the sleeves are from a late renaissance era gown. among the three, the sleeves were the most modified.Β
Magus was the easier of the two, using a renaissance cape pattern which was also altered, specifically at the shoulders to ensure it would drape over my husbands angular shoulders and collar bone to hang properly. Even then, he either held it closed around him like a blanket or threw it over his shoulders like a super hero cape. The pants were a modified pattern for ladies' yoga leggings, having to be adjusted at certain points out account for a more angular skeleton.
By the end of all of this the patterns were so torn apart and adjusted in specific ways that you would not even recognize them anymore and a few were so old you can't find them in stores.Β

Simplicity patterns are poorly built for certain projects, sadly, but this one worked well. Will all of the modifications to it however, it came out looking nothing like the actual pattern shapes the instructions tell you to cut. We ended up butchering it. x3

I've gotta find a way to mix the facepaint correctly for the fratley outfit! The hat simply needs a back and I gotta fix the ears and lance. Other than that, the outfit is almost complete! :3 It shouldn't take too long to fix

Oh the uncolored ladies could be either your OCs (their costumes in the colors of your choice), or random US-american bellydancers (with their outfits in the colors of the flag of the USA or your US-state) or anything else, with whatever you like to think of.
