I reaaaally liked German Zoycite. She had such a nicer voice than our English Zoycite. She sounded so pretty! She was like, a nice in-between balance of English Zoycite and Japanese Zoisite, since she retained most of his original lines. I actually don't understand German (I watched this all sub-titled in English XD) but I would like to one day (I have a German friend and it's such an awesome language!) - But no, I'm just a HUGE Shitennou geek that I watch them in every language I can just to see whta they're like.
OOOOH DOUJIN. I don't care if it's in Italian, where is this beautiful doujin you say exist?! I've only found 3 Shitennou-based duojin, and I didn't think there were any more!

Wow, you make a doujinshi as well? Where and when will you upload it? I guess mine will be around 10-15pages when finished, so I might upload it here and on the german forum I usually upload my other doujinshi. Whohooooo, that´s so cool! I can´t wait to see it! What will it be about? *curiosity killed the panda*
My doujinshi uses PGSM designs in Silver Millenium. The story is more or less just Zoisite rambling about the upcoming tragedy of his prince, which he already sees coming, but can´t prevent. Yeah, I´ve got a thing for tragic heroes...
About the italian ones...Oh my, I didn´t save the page on my bookmarks after I downloaded the stuff, but I guess I might be able to find it again if you give me some time. It´s not exactly Shitennou-centered, but Kunzite got quite an important role. It was about Venus and him trying to prevent Endymion and Serenity meeting each other or something like that. Another doujinshi showed pretty drastically (but beautiful!) how the Generals and Senshi killed each other in Silver Millenium war... As I said, I have no clue about italian I just remember the awesome artwork and the urging question, why it wasn´t in Japanese...(which I can read a little T____T)
Now, most importantly: The art trade...Mhm, actually, I came to wonder how it would have looked like if the Generals would have had "normal" every day like identities like Usagis Senshi do. I mean, them and Mamoru living together with him in nowaday Tokyo, maybe going to the same University, doing parttime-jobs and all that. What would you think?
Of course, showing them in their glorious days of the Earth Kingdom would also be great. And personally I always loved Queen Beryl. She was one of the coolest bad guys Sailor Moon ever had. XD
And YES, you ARE a geek, if you´re watching the show in any language you can find. *laughs* The only not japanese version I´ve seen a couple of episodes in was the Korean one. I had a korean friend in high school and she got the episodes recorded and shipped to her by her cousin. The Korean version was great! They deleted every single japanese sign in the background with censored marks. (no joke!) and added clothing on the Starelights and Animamates (must have been an awful lot of work, but I only realised theses changes, when I first say picutures of the Japanese LD Covers. I was like: "WTF, they wear just a bikini here! Wasn´t it a leather-dress in the show?! Yeah, funky Koreans. But like that I saw Sailor Stars actually two years before it was finally shown in german television. Even though I *hated* the german dub.
Who on earth came up with the idea to subtitle the german dubbing of Sailor Moon?! *laughs* I´ve never heard about that before!!!

: DD I haven't worked on it too much as much as I'd like to; it's goign to be quite the long doujin. T_T (I'm guessing something about 40pages ish, if I'm lucky to cut it that short). It's BSSM Kunzite x Zoisite, with some Nephrite and Jadeite and some interesting fairytale twists and stuff. : D I dont know whne I'll be uploading it though, I kind of wanted to start it off with a great cover picture but none has been suitable yet; but once I get off my lazy butt and get working, it'l be on devart.

That would actually be a very interesting art-trade! Maybe we can do it in spurts, like, we'll do Jadeite!normal (both from PGSM and BSSM) and then continue to do each shitennou and then at the end we do all shitennou + Mamoru! It can be like a set!
I don't know whose idea it was to subtitle the German, but i was very pleased.

Oh, I´m SO looking forward to your doujinshi!!!I *love* fairytale stuff, so I´m sure it´ll be great! That Cover-problem I know all too well. When I started my original story doujinshi I couldn´t come up with a cover for lifes sake. In the end I just started with a temorary black and white work. And one night, when I was doing some bored random sketches while watching TV suddenly it fell on the paper. Sketch was finished before the movie ended and I still believe it one of my best color works. Good things come to those who wait one says, huh? So be patient and don´t stress yourself too much. ^__-
Wow, nine artworks? I fear that´s too much for me. It´d take me AGES to do that. Really I´m slow when it´s not trading cards, so that´s maybe a bit too much for the start up. But actually I´ve had an idea for a picture of the BSSM generals and Mamoru in nowaday Tokyo and I´m *sure* you would like it. It´s just that I never before tried a picture with five persons on it, so I might split in into two or three pictures - maybe some sort of comic style panels. How about we both try to display a scene or just one moment like photographs or something and then trade those? That way we can both try around as much as we want and in the end we trade what we liked most?
(Which shouldn´t hinder us from doing more, later. Dark Kingdom addicts as we are I´m sure this won´t be our last mayhem to plot...*grins*)
You watched it even in Chinese?! Mymy, that´s something. I like foreign languages, even if I don´t get a single word. For example I like the sound of Russian (had a friend in High Scholl from Siberia - it sounded like music when he walked to his mother on the phone...!) and Turkish. But Chinese...is just like Greek to me. And I know what I´m talking about. When I lived in Japan for a year my room was surrounded by chinese and taiwanese neighbours. They were all very, very nice pals and I was SO sad when some of them moved out. But the language... Really I can´t tell where one word ends and the next one starts. That´s..amazingly confusing.
But this subtitle-thing is interesting. I found out a couple of weeks ago that a gay couple of a soap opera I´m watching apparently has established into an international fandom...Some freaks subtitle all scenes those two appear in (not hole episodes, but just scenes!) and put them online on youtube. I mean, I liked those two and they *are* a cute couple, but it´s really just some cheap production soap opera! I was stunned! *laughs*
Do you have other fandoms, btw? KuroFai from CLAMPs Tsubasa Chronicles caught me badly recently. I was trying so hard not get caught in the hype around that series, but I could´nt run fast enough: Now I´m totally addicted and a spend my night praying for those two to become happy (and stay alive!!!) in the end. T____T

Not that perhaps this is the best time to suggest such a thing, but would an artrade or a collab interest you? I was kind of inspired by your pen art and it distinctly reminded me of the old "print" style that fairytales have in their old yellowing books and I thought perhaps we could do a project together?
I would completely understnad if you don't have time! I just wanted to throw it out there cause I think it'd be so much fun to work with your pen style...somehow. ^_^

Yes, well, Zoisite is very very very much gay and I think he'd love to drool over a byronic hero and IS in love with a semi-byronic hero. LOL. <3 I'm doing a comic with him and the guy he likes, (so you might see his lover "kunzite" when i get enough nerve to draw him) - but kunzite isn't as byronic as erik. I think Erik encompasses EVERYTHING on that list. I think Kunzite came up to like, the last three, and then nothing else applied to him anymore. Hurr hurr.

I KNOW! I'm sort of anxious, though. Alice in Wonderland is pretty much one of my favourite things in the whole world (I swear I know every single line from the Disney movie by heart.)
...I just hope it's good. It's a pretty hard story to adapt for film. I see they made Alice older than usual - and the Mad Hatter creepier. Hee.
