Well, not at first of course. But as I looked, I noticed one thing stuck out. There was a pattern between some symbols and numbers. Particularly: /N-8{86-/NG.

I noticed that NG was at the end, and / was preceding it. Now, / looks like I, only slanted. IN-8{86ING. It was only a matter of time after that that I started to decode it piece by piece. ^^
