Well, I could link you a million conflicting tutorials, but I figure you can look them up.Β
You seem to do a lot of fists- which I know I did for a long time because they seem simpler. I challenge you to actually try drawing them in different position, especially as you turn them awkwardly in order to get straightforward angles. Mostly hands when at someone's side would be seen in that tricky side angle.Β
One mistake I can tell you're making is that you make each phalanx (finger segment) a rounded shape. They're actually quite flat and sometimes even concave on the dorsal (back) side of the hand. The palm side tends to have more of those rounded characteristics. The distal (end) phalanges particularly are often curved back. And knuckles are flat on top.
One massive advantage of drawing hands is that most of the time you have an easy model to practice with.

P.S.:draw the tricky poses! It will suck, and you will hate the results at first, but you will eventually master them. You learn more from your failures than your masterpieces, so if you can see that something is all wrong, you're on track to getting better!
